400X flow control valve is a kind of multi-function valve which adopts high precision pilot mode to control flow. It is suitable for pipes with flow and pressure to be controlled in distribution pipes. It keeps the predetermined flow unchanged, limits the excessive flow to a predetermined value, and reduces the upstream high pressure appropriately. Even if the upstream pressure of the main valve changes, it will not affect the downstream flow of the main valve. In order to minimize the energy loss in throttling process, the valve changed the principle of conventional throttle valve using orifice plate or pure mechanical reduction of drainage basin area, and used related pilot valves. In case of emergency, 400XA flow control valve can completely cut off flow and avoid loss. Control sensitivity is high, safe and reliable, debugging is simple, and service life is long.
